Standard Sewn Bellows
With this highly flexible process, a great variety of materials can be shaped to almost any size and configuration. The greatest possible maximum-minimum ratios occur and this bellows type is readily adaptable for use with various types of ends, grommets, internal guides, stiffeners, tie strips, etc.
Standard Construction involves no tooling costs and is economical, even in low quantity lots. Standard covers are sewn with nylon or kevlar thread. In severe applications, a liquid elastomer coating can be added for greater life.
